The goal is translation of the scenario narratives into different levels of technology adoption in order to create differentiation between the scenarios. At two different ends of the spectrum we have: The Baseline scenario – where most privately owned and shared vehicles are conventional (not connected and autonomous). The Suburban scenario – where most privately owned and shared vehicles are connected and autonomous.
